1. Agreement
By accessing or using this portfolio website operated by Ann Custodio (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
This Site showcases professional services—including automation, GoHighLevel work, virtual assistance, web development, and vibe coding—and provides a way to get in touch or book a conversation. Content is for general informational and marketing purposes unless we enter a separate written agreement for paid work.
3. No professional advice guarantee
Descriptions of services, case studies, testimonials, and portfolio samples describe past or illustrative work and possibilities. They are not a promise of specific results for your business. Outcomes depend on your goals, tools, timeline, and the scope we agree in writing.
4. Inquiries, booking & services
When you contact us by email, phone, or a linked booking form (such as GoHighLevel), you agree to provide accurate information and to use those channels only for legitimate business inquiries. Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed with paid services.
Actual project work, fees, timelines, deliverables, and confidentiality are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract we both accept.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and original media are owned by Ann Custodio or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (such as fair use).
Client or demo project materials shown in the portfolio remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Visiting linked demo sites does not grant you a license to their code, branding, or content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates law or others’ rights
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
- Submit spam, malware, false identities, or abusive content through contact or booking channels
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Ann Custodio or this Site
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party tools, booking calendars, portfolio demos, or resources. Those sites are not controlled by us. Your use of them is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ann Custodio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability related to the Site itself will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law. This section does not limit liability under a separate signed service agreement, which will control for paid engagements.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Ann Custodio from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
11. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location apply. Courts located in Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
